The headquarters of Nye County Nevada Ranch is situated in the White River Valley, approximately 18 miles south of Lund, Nevada on Highway 318. The Ranch spans approximately 45 miles north to south and 35 miles east to west, encompassing nearly 400,000 acres. 

With 3,880 +/- deeded acres 200 +/- of which are primarily pivot irrigated at Emigrant Springs along with 1,000 +/- gravity irrigated acres at Murphy Meadows. In total there are 11,666 BLM AUMs included across three alottments, Hardy Spring, Sunnyside and Shinlge Pass. 

With good Summer and Winter range complimented and improved private holdings the ranch is an exceptionally well balanced 1,000 +/- AU operation.
